Can I cancel my Unlimited plan online?

Yes – just email with your FastPass number or call us at 586-949-6688.

Can you wash my vehicle?

Our number one priority is our customers' safety. We work very hard in getting the best technology available to give our customers Clean, Fast, Friendly service and a peace of mind for their vehicle safety. We do have some vehicle restrictions on what we can and can't safely wash.

Why don’t you clean the inside?

Clean View Auto Wash started as a “full service” car wash in 1980. Since then, we realized that if we focused on one thing and became the best at it, we can service our customers better. If you would like to clean the inside of your vehicle, we offer state of the art vacuums.

Are you open during the extreme cold in the winter?

Clean View Auto Wash stays open all year around. In fact, we are most busy in the winter season. We use hot water and hot air dryers so the temperature in our tunnel remains above 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Do I get a quality wash when you’re really busy?

The state of the art equipment we have allows us to give the same quality wash to every customer, no matter how busy we are.

Do you sell franchises?

The simple answer is, no, we are a family owned business based in Chesterfield, MI. We feel strongly that remaining a family owned business allows us to maintain the service and quality we’ve become known for. We have no plans to franchise. We are planning to expand through the next several years to other areas in the Michigan market.

Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?

Yes, your unlimited tag number can be found under the barcode located on the windshield of your vehicle, if you are unable to find this number please contact us.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

If you have your pass number, please email to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. If you need your pass number, please call us at 586-949-6688.

How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
